International programs

Where will your Iowa State University adventure take you?

Make the world your classroom by participating in a short-term group study abroad program, international student teaching placement, or semester-long exchange program. Studying abroad will help you to explore first-hand the academic field you’ve been learning about on campus in Ames, and it can help you to expand your opportunities for employment after graduation.

Visit our International Connections page to see where students have previously studied abroad and then choose your adventure on our programs page.

Staff members in the College of Human Sciences (CHS) International Programs Office are committed to connecting you with an engaging international activity that matches your personal interests, your academic needs, your career goals, and your budget.
